To be able to activate "pain is pleasure", you need to have a relationship level of 2 or higher with Neus. After that, you can activate it from the spell tree or when you start the spanking minigame, where you’ll have the option to activate it.

As you can deduce from this, there is only one girl which is both good and bad. The good thing is that after a while you get attached because there’s only one person and you get fascinated by the story.I recommend you to play it, there is quite enough adult content as well.
